Antipasto

Antipasto di Mare – Mediterranean seafood salad with mussels,
clams, shrimp, calamari, crab meat, oysters, cherry tomatoes,
celery, red onion, fresh chopped parsley, olive oil, and lemon  12

Sottocenere al Tartufo -  Very pale yellow to off-white cheese
with slivers of black truffle and a grey-brown ash rind,
delicate, aromatic, mild taste and semi-soft in texture,
drizzled with white truffle oil and served with fresh fruit  12

Babalucci – Sicilian for “escargot”, these snails are hand-packed
with a garlic and herb butter, then sautéed with red onions, plum
tomatoes, a touch of tomato paste and a splash of white wine 14

Pasta

Pasta con Ricci -  Linguine pasta with sautéed garlic, a touch of
tomato paste, red pepper flakes, fresh chopped parsley and sea urchin,
a light and quick sautee that is gently folded into pasta and served
in the shell – a true Sicilian delicacy from the sea  20

Carne

Vitello  – Tender veal chop lightly seasoned, breaded and grilled,
served with a delicious combination of butter beans, carrots, celery, onion, green beans, a touch of tomato paste and a splash of red wine vinegar 25

Quaglie – Semi-boneless quails (2) stuffed with bread crumbs,
proscuitto ham, parsley, red onion, pine nuts and raisins, then grilled to
a crispy golden brown, served with mashed potatoes and green beans 25

Pesce

Pesce Grigliatta – Whole D’Orata lightly brushed with garlic
and olive oil then grilled, served whole head and tail with a delicious
sauce of lemon, garlic, olive oil and parsley on the side  25
